    It is not always easy to spot the triggers of a panic attack. when my daughter has hers we have tried to figure out what has caused it without success. she has a journal that she puts down what happened before the attack but we still have not found a link
  • I have recently been receiving CBT for my anxiety. They teach you how to find the root cause and take a more balanced approach to the situation. Writing it down is very much encouraged also so you are doing the right thing there, it does take time though
